Do retaining walls need permits?
In most cities, walls over 3–4 feet or supporting a slope require engineering and permits. We design, engineer, and permit them — a failed retaining wall is not a place to economize.
Is artificial turf worth it?
For high-traffic or hard-to-water areas, usually yes: zero water, zero mowing, 15+ year lifespan. We install quality turf on proper base with drainage so it looks real and drains fast.
