What we actually use
We keep this short because the Site does not use much. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording, and no chat widget.

If you press “Load Google Map” on our contact page, Google may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address. The map does not load until you ask for it, and the address is written out as text beside it either way.
Do we ask you to accept cookies?
No — and here is the reasoning, so you can judge it for yourself.
We are a Los Angeles contractor serving customers in California. California privacy law works on an opt-out basis rather than the opt-in consent banners you see on European websites, and it does not require a cookie pop-up for basic analytics. We think a banner that most people click through without reading protects nobody, so instead we:
- use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at all;
- honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically, so if your browser sends it, analytics never runs;
- turn off Google Signals and ad personalisation on our analytics property;
- give you a one-click switch below;
- hold the map embed back until you ask for it.
If you are visiting from the EU or UK, note that we do not market to or serve customers there. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
Turn analytics off
Any one of these works, and none of them affects how the Site functions:
- Use the switch below — it applies to this browser and we remember it.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or install a browser extension that sends it.
- Install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
