Prestigious Construction Design INC is a California licensed general building contractor, Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license no. 1051758. You can verify our license status at any time on the CSLB website or by calling the CSLB at 800-321-2752.

Articles, cost ranges, timelines, and other content on the Site are general information to help you plan. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, tax, or financial advice, and they may not reflect the conditions of your property, current material prices, or the requirements of your city.

Cost figures describe typical ranges we have seen and are not quotes. Permit rules, fees, and timelines change and vary by jurisdiction; always confirm current requirements with your local building department or with us for your specific project.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform work at a particular price. Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract or reserve a start date. A price is binding only when it appears in a written estimate or contract signed by both you and us.

All home improvement work is performed under a written contract that meets the requirements of California Business and Professions Code § 7159, including the notices, payment schedule, and cancellation rights California law gives you. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Images on the Site may include illustrative graphics and representative imagery, and are not a promise of a particular result. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the clients who gave them; every project is different, and your results will depend on your property, scope, materials, and budget.

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it — for example, that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to request work on it. You agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information

The Site’s text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design belong to Prestigious Construction Design INC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site links to and embeds services operated by others, such as Google Maps, the CSLB website, and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here limits our obligations under any contract we sign with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
