Electrical work is performed under our general contracting projects with proper permits and city inspections — LA homes rich in 1950s wiring deserve nothing less. If you need a small standalone electrical-only repair, a C-10 electrician is the right call, and we'll say so.

Does my panel need upgrading for a kitchen remodel?
Often yes — modern kitchens want multiple dedicated circuits that 100-amp panels can't spare, especially with an EV charger or ADU in the picture. We assess your panel during the estimate and price the upgrade honestly.
Is your electrical work permitted and inspected?
Always. Electrical work in our projects is pulled under permit and signed off by city inspectors. Unpermitted electrical is a fire and insurance risk we won't take with your home.
Do you take standalone electrical-only jobs?
Our electrical work is delivered as part of remodeling and construction projects, which is what our general B license covers. For a lone outlet repair, a C-10 electrical contractor is the right fit — and we're happy to say so.
