Interior & Exterior Painting in Los Angeles

Paint is the highest-leverage dollar in construction — and the most commonly botched. Our painters prep like the finish depends on it (because it does): patching, sanding, priming, masking, then clean lines and even coats.

How We Handle Interior & Exterior Painting

Interior work covers walls, ceilings, doors, and trim with brush, roll, or airless spray as the surface demands. As a cabinet shop, we also deliver true cabinet-grade sprayed finishes — conversion varnish and catalyzed lacquer, not wall paint on doors.

Exterior work in LA means sun-beaten stucco and wood: we wash, repair cracks, prime raw spots, and use elastomeric and 100% acrylic systems that survive the valley heat. Color consultation included when you want it.

Interior & Exterior Painting FAQs

How much does it cost to paint a house in Los Angeles?

Interiors typically run $3–$6 per square foot of floor area; full exteriors $8,000–$20,000 depending on size, height, and stucco condition. Prep work is itemized so quotes are comparable.

Do you spray or brush cabinets?

Cabinets get sprayed in controlled conditions with catalyzed finishes — the same process as our new cabinet doors. Brushed cabinet paint fails early; we don't do it.

How long does exterior paint last in LA?

With proper prep and quality acrylic, 8–12 years on stucco. Cheap jobs fail in 3–5 because prep was skipped — sun exposure is unforgiving here.
