What Affects Exterior Paint Cost

Elastomeric coatings. For stucco with hairline cracking, elastomeric paint (a thick, rubber-like coating) can bridge small cracks and prevent water infiltration. More expensive than standard paint but appropriate for stucco with minor cracking issues.
